Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 We inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed for all contractual aspects concerning the supply of horticultural material. The legal basis of such processing is the contract of which the user is a part. The data may be processed by persons in charge of secretarial and customer management, as well as by the company's administrative office. The data will be kept for a period of time equal to eleven years from the date of submission. The user is free to provide the requested personal data, their conferment is optional.
We inform you that, with regard to the personal data provided, you will be able to exercise all the rights provided for in Chapter III of Regulation EU2016 / 679 (access, rectification, cancellation, limitation and opposition).
